With their personalities being similar, I can see Sam and Kelsey being pretty good friends - like, they met on the train headed for their first year, and they hit it off rather quickly? Also, as Sam has the devious mind and Kelsey has the know-how (I surmise) they could raise some interesting Hell together, methinks. Both having minds sharper than tacks, I can see their studying together at times, since they could give each other a completely different perspective than, say, their housemates could; along with the fact that they could offer a wryly humorous perspective as well. As to the last one... Sam has this bad habit of falling for her friends, though she isn't sure if she should open her mouth about it this time, since the last time it happened, the girl transferred to Beauxbatons.

Your thoughts? Anything to add/subtract? Have I over-stepped myself, here?

I can totally see the two of them meeting first year and becoming friends instantly. the both of them together the devious and the know how (she is completely a know how Kinda girl) i am very curious on what hell would happen. the studying and everything like that, kel would so be up to doing that with sam. How the sam attracted to kel would be, i have no clue how kel would react to that... but we can see what would happen there, it would be interesting to see what would happen.

You haven't overstepped yourself, i think it is something i haven't done before so it works

Well, I think could be friends easily. Since both are of Veela blood, though Céleste is younger and in a different house. They'd have a connection there, that could start their friendship. Perhaps Kelsey could've taken Céleste under her wing? Since Céleste has that sort of "Lost Puppy" attitude.

well looking at her personality i think they could probably get along. she would guide her since she is easily manipulated, she would take her under her wing and try to get her confidence up so she wouldn't be in a pickle because of that. but i can see it working as them being close friends and her being protective of her or more of guide her under her wing.
